However, their CMS had been abandoned by the previous vendor, leaving them with an unsupported and potentially vulnerable platform. The Solution:
We migrated their entire CMS to WordPress, a widely supported and open-source platform. This allowed Sofico to keep their familiar website design while gaining the flexibility and security of an actively maintained system. Our team ensured a seamless transition without any downtime while preserving all content, structure, and branding. Much to Sofico's delight, the entire CMS migration was completed within the short available timeframe - before support for the legacy system ended.
To further enhance functionality, we integrated a Single Sign-On (SSO) solution for the customer portal, allowing users to access their accounts effortlessly.
Additionally, we implemented a job board integration with the Greenhouse applicant tracking system after Sofico switched vendors.
Ongoing Support & Maintenance
Beyond the migration, we established a maintenance agreement to provide ongoing support. This allows Sofico to request ad hoc changes, updates, and improvements as needed, ensuring their website remains up to date and aligned with their evolving business needs. With this agreement in place, Sofico has the flexibility to adapt their website without worrying about technical roadblocks.
