Reynaers Aluminium has a unique virtual reality room, AVALON, where they invite architects, investors, project developers and contractors to be immersed in their building project to evaluate and discuss the design.
They asked us to visualise a big real-estate project in Amsterdam which will be equipped with Reynaers façade and window systems.

Going the extra mile
We created the building exterior and the interior of one of the apartments, with the functionality to swap between window options and furniture styles. We also implemented a mock-up of the surroundings of the tower so you can get an impression of the outside view from within the virtual apartment.

The visual model, created by Artcore Society, allowed the architect and the developer to make decisions during their visit in the AVALON VR room at Reynaers Aluminium in Duffel, before the project was built.
