Scan your grocery list as fast as you can and win great prizes!
When Citycubes asked us to help out with an activation for Carrefour we didn't even hesitate to say "yes". Especially because it involved tinkering with a hand scanner, mobile phones and "something gam-y"!
A country wide tour
A big shipping container was turned into an easy-to-move mini supermarket so the action could travel all around the country, starting in Antwerp central station. Inside of the made-up store you had all sorts of products labelled with a category and a code, just like in real Carrefours.
Check your list
The grocery list was displayed on a mobile phone conveniently strapped to your wrist so you could easily check what product to scan next. Everytime you scanned the right product, a point was added, the list was scratched off with that item and the next product displayed.

Beware though! Scanning a wrong product took away 5 seconds from your timer, precious time you needed to complete the quest!
Collect your prize!
At the end of the game the host of the store checked your score on a custom-made central dashboard and presented you with your hard-earned prize.
